1. What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before?
Bought a House
Breastfed Successfully.
Barrel Racing.

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't remember my resolutions from 2008...but everything turned out wonderful!

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Um...do *I* count?

4. Did anyone close to you die?
President Hinkley. But we weren't REALLY close, just I was close to him. He was like my grandpa.

5. What countries did you visit?
Just Canada.

6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
Organization

7. What date from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
May 23 - when my grandmother died.
May 24 - when Lliam entered the world
December 20 - when we purchased our house

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Eating healthy and working out consistantly and LOSING 20 lbs!!!

9. What was your biggest failure?
Not talking to my dad enough.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
A few fainting spells, and post partum recover.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
A weekly recipe planner - all planned out for me!

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Kennedy's and recently DJ's

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
A few.

14. Where did most of your money go?
car payments, rent, taking care of my boys with mat-leave money

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Grammy's 2nd Renuion, dad's new ranch,

16. What song will always remind you of 2008?

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? happier
ii. thinner or fatter? I've been fatter, but now I haven't been thinner in 5 years!
iii. richer or poorer? Richer :D

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Gone camping, hiking, spending time outside.

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
lazed around.

20. How will you be spending Christmas?
I'm doing to Dad's ranch in Nanton, and then the whole Jensen crew comes over for Christmas day! WoOOt!

22. Did you fall in love in 2008?
Yes I did.

None.

24. What was your favorite TV program?
Survivor, Amazing Race, Workout,

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
Nope

26. What was the best book you read?
Running with Angels -it was the only book I read.

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Nothing new.

28. What did you want and get?
A healthy fat baby, my red Van back, a house, good health

29. What did you want and not get?
not much. I've had a great 2008.

30. What was your favourite film of this year?
Iron Man.

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
Celebrated Debbi's TV debut, I turned the big 3-0.

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
More outdoor time.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2008?
half of 2008 was spent in maternity gear - blah, and fat
the other half was comfy at home, and cute top w/ jeans for the rest of the year. I love to dress up a little nicer for my sweetie, and our dates.

34. What kept you sane?
Focusing on bettering myself. Decluttering, working out, forgiving, loving. Spending time with my family, and my extended family.

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Surprisingly its Jim Carrey. Totally impressed me recently.

36. What political issue stirred you the most?
Prop 8 in California, and the NDP coalition to take over crap!

37. Who did you miss?
My friends in BC mostly.

38. Who was the best new person you met?
Jesse - thought we haven't actually met in person.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2008.
Trial and Error - keep trying and focus less on the errors.
